Online — The use of Infrared windows to facilitate safer, more efficient infrared inspections of energized electrical equipment has actually outpaced the infrared industry in general. Today, switchgear manufacturers are installing infrared windows at point of manufacture on a regular basis.

This has generated further inquiries into – and installation of – infrared windows for retrofit into existing plant equipment.

As the use and application of infrared windows continues to gain acceptance as an industry standard method of performing infrared electrical inspections, the diversity of applications will continue to prompt an even wider range of questions with regard to the suitability and use of IR windows in a wide range of environments and applications. However, most of these questions come back to just a few core concepts.

There is NO FEE for participating in the Reliability Roadmap Web Workshops and our new Voice over IP (VoIP) system allows you to listen through your computer speakers of headphones.
