A Dual Laser Spot Device (60:1 D/R) With Type K TC Support
This is a dual, dual thermometer, an Infrared (IR) and Thermocouple (TC) measurement device, from ZYTemp. The Thermal Infrared Radiation Thermometer portion has a dual laser spot designation feature.
This product type is in a very competitive market area with several USA and overseas makers, each of which is beginning to feature their product descriptions using Web Social Network techniques, like YouTube videos.
This is the second in a series covering these types of products.
First, are product descriptions by their makers.
Second, are applications videos showing how users can make some reasonable measurements using these devices.*
*Notes:
1. The applications videos may show one particular device or model, but realize that all, or nearly all similar devices, can be used in the same manner.
2. We may expand this set of applications videos from time to time with additional ones in the two seperate categories (Low-cost Spot IR Devices and Uses of Low-cost Spot IR Devices) as they become available or we learn about them.
3. If you represent a manufacturer with either a new device or application video, or video or audio podcast that fits one of these two series, use our free submit capability to suggest one for us to consider adding.
There is no guarantee that we will publish a submission. We reserve the right to edit and or ignore any and all submissions as we deem fit without comment.
Our websites are advertiser supported, unlike “Consumer Reports”. However, we make it a point to not favor (or disfavor) submissions by any manufacturer whether they are an advertiser or not.
We are “moved” solely by something with useful information and a minimum of excess hype (there are too many “new innovative greatest things since sliced bread” and not enough “here is our product with special features that enable the user to benefit in some way”).
Of course, submissions with spam or offensive content are instant trash heap fodder that will earn the submitter banishment from site access.
